My veiw of post WWI Germany is that with out a single leader to unite them the un rest resulted in a number of revolutions with the government swinign from communist dictatorship to monarchy to rebulican eventually setting on a constituitonal monarch and an elected chancellor, many of which were (are) very right wing.

Maybe Hindenburg was finally persuaded to accept the chancellorship.

What about his son Oskar, becoming chancellor? Then through artificial aid he has been kept alive and in office ever since. He has become the puppet for which ever politician wields the most clout at any time.
Anyway, none of my current story arcs feature modern Germany so what ever anyoen wants to do with it feel free.
